Refund policy

This return policy is valid for the United Kingdom.

Returns   

You are eligible to return your order within 14 days of delivery. Your item(s) must be in good condition, with the tags still attached.

If you decide you want to return your item(s), please contact us at info@loskalosclo.com with your order number, and our support team will give you further instructions. All returned items must be sent with a tracking number, in the original packaging.

The return method is by mail. We do not provide return labels and all return costs are the customers responsibility.

Change of address

If you need to change the delivery address, please send us an email with your order number, the current delivery address and the address you wish to change it to. You will only have 1 day after placing your order to contact us and change the address, as once the item has been shipped from our warehouse, we are unable to change the details.

Order Edits

If you would like to edit your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After the initial 24 hours we will not be able to edit your order.

Refund Processing Time

It will take up to 12 days for your refund to be processed, if more than 12 days have passed since we refunded you, please contact your bank / credit card provider as they will have more information.
